Lavanya Raghuraman is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of civilian services in IBM’s Global Government Center of Excellence (CoE). She works with strategic government account teams, driving transformation programs in Data and AI for citizen programs. She is a recipient of IBM’s Government Industry Diamond badge, highest level of credential issued for deep industry skills with proven track record of delivering sustained client value. She is a passionate mentor to women-in-technology and drives multiple technical vitality initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in computer applications and has three patents.
