Proactively Designing for Inclusion, therefore, is vital to all aspects of an organization’s functioning—be it its products and solutions, workspaces, partner ecosystem, or internal policies and systems. Design plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic focus of what an organization can offer to its employees, customers, and community.
