Anjana has 25+ years of Business Leadership, Pre-Sales, Operations, Program Management, Consulting and Domain expertise spanning multiple industries (Utility, Communications, Government, Healthcare and Education)

Currently, Anjana leads the Talent Transformation Service line in IBM India. She has the mandate to lead, build and grow a team of ERP , Change and Digital experts who advise clients in their HR transformation journey and implement HR based ERP and Applications in the client cloud environment using Generative AI. She is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all her accounts within the service line. In this role she directly interacts with the client CxO’s and IBM partners to deliver quality and innovation in the account driving base growth.

Anjana comes from the consulting background with a long stint in PwC right after her graduation from the Indian Institute of Management, Kharagpur, India. During the past 17+ years at IBM, she has worked in various capacities of vendor relationship management, large account management , M&T Leader and Solutioning /Presales Leader.

Anjana is passionate about the cause of Diversity and believes in paying it forward to enable more women in their career journey. She is also an advocate of University Relations from IBM.
