Nisha Gopinath leads IBM Consulting India’s people strategy, skills & employee experience, supporting more than 110,000+ IBMers in IBM’s global delivery spanning across North America, Latin America, EMEA, Asia Pacific & GCG In her 20+ years of at IBM, Nisha has led HR across organizations ranging from software to services – supporting the company’s business growth through talent strategy, performance management, and skill building.

Nisha previously served as Head of Compensation for IBM Services and led the design and deployment of all compensation programs globally for IBM Services. She was also responsible for the HR activities associated with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for APAC & MEA. Nisha has also served as the Chief of Staff to IBM Global CHRO and worked in IBM Headquarters in New York for 5 years.

Prior to IBM, Nisha worked in subsidiaries of AT&T & Qualcomm in various HR roles.
Nisha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri
School of Business Studies, Kochi.
