Pothen has worked in consulting, research and operations in regional and India roles across multiple industries, focussing on Organization design & effectiveness, Organization transformation, Change management, Talent & Rewards Strategy etc.

His experience spans with consulting organizations like Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon and Industry experience in HR leadership roles with Diageo, Dell, and Sapient. He was the head of research for Asia for Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) at Corporate Executive Board (Gartner). He also comes with significant exposure in market research, communication and engineering.

Pothen has a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and Master of Business Administration from Griffith University, Australia.
