Presently Head of HR for Ekart, the Supply Chain org for Flipkart. Previously she worked as Organization and Talent Development leader for FK, leading Performance, Talent Development, People Analytics, Inclusion & Diversity, and Leadership & Learning & Development.

A Postgraduate with 17+ years of international experience in large business partnership as well as functional HR roles, specializing in talent development, employee relations, leadership development and inclusion & diversity. Prior to Flipkart, Prajakta worked across multiple GE businesses in different roles. Some of the roles she played: she led Leadership Programs & Culture for the 65,000+ workforce globally at Baker Hughes, a GE company. She was the HR Leader for GE’s Oil & Gas business in South Asia. She was the Global University Recruiting leader for GE leading key programs to implement GE’s global university recruiting strategy across all regions around the world, amongst others.

She holds a master’s in training & development from Oakland University, Michigan and a Master’s degree in German Literature from Pune University, India. She has an undergraduate degree in Zoology from Ferguson College, Pune.
