An alumnus of XLRI, Prashant Sankaran, Director on the Board of Interweave has over two decades of multiple industry experience spanning oil, banking, retail, technology and offshore BPO industries.

He spent the first half of his career in HR functions, including handling HR Leadership roles in Motorola and Digital. Subsequently he moved to General Management handling business leadership roles with Hewlett Packard, Indecomm Global Services and Blueshift. Currently he is a mentor with the incubation centre for start-ups at IIM – Bangalore [NSRCEL].

Prashant is a multi-faceted personality with interests in varied fields from writing and poetry to sketching and other art forms. He is also on the Governing body of Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts, an NGO in the contemporary dance space in India and Parivarthan, a counselling service, research and training organisation. Prashant brings with him, the much needed diversity factor to Interweave!
