Prerna is a polymath with an impressive sustainability focused portfolio career in leadership roles across multinational corporates, governments and social enterprises in Africa, Asia, Europe, and 25 states in India.
Prerna pioneered institutional ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) education in India and was recognised with the prestigious India UK Achievers Honours at the momentous occasion of the 75 years of India’s Independence for her sustainability focused interventions, an honour shared with luminaries such as the ex-Prime Minister of India. Besides serving as the Program Director at the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), Prerna conducts ESG courses for senior executives at multinationals and is adjunct professor of ESG at IIT Gandhinagar and IIM Bangalore. She is also a board member at the Central British Fund for World Jewish Relief, operating in 23 countries on climate resilience and emergency response.
Prerna is a Weidenfeld, Oxford, Hoffmann, Lincoln, and Saïd scholar; a postgraduate in Public Policy from IIM Bangalore, MBA from Saïd Business School University of Oxford with specialization in sustainable finance from ESMT Berlin.
Besides being the first female MBA recipient of the Oxford Vice Chancellor’s Social Impact Award, Prerna is recognised as the Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Leading Lights for her impactful contributions.
