Srinivasu is the Director of Product Accessiblity at Freshworks and is responsible for ensuring that their product range is accessible for users with a diverse range of capabilities and needs. He brings over two decades leadership experience working within inclusive design roles at companies such as Yahoo, Paypal, HCL Technologies and helping embed accessibility and inclusion considerations within technology products.

He has also been on the National Advisory Board for W3C India, a Member of Disability Working Committee for NASSCOM Foundation, Member of the Governing Council – National Association Of The Blind (Karnataka Branch), and invited expert at WCAG, WG.

He speaks frequently on these topics and is a leading expert on ensuring organizational transformations to drive inclusive product development.
